How long does it take to incorporate a SARL?

The process of creating a SARL company in Luxembourg usually takes around two to three weeks, but it can vary depending on several factors such as the availability of the required documents and the workload of the relevant authorities. It is however important to keep in mind that the creation of the entity per se does not imply that you'll be able to start operating. In fact, on top of the entity incorporation, you'll generally be required to obtain a Business Permit as well as a Luxembourg VAT number, and these may take up to 3 months to obtain from the moment the full documentation is submitted.

Do you fill in the documents and submit them on my behalf?

No. We are unable to represent you and sign or submit documents on your behalf and therefore will not request or accept any power of attorney. This implies that - while we will be happy to assist you throughout the process - we will not be filing on your behalf and the actual submission of documents on the various government platforms will need to be performed strictly by you.

What languages do you speak?

English will be the working language for this specific arrangement. Yet, we kindly ask you to note that some documentation for your process is mandated to be produced in French by the Government of Luxembourg. Our team speaks German, English, Italian, French and Spanish.

Are you a law firm?

Quickstart is not a law firm and we offer consulting services aimed at assisting entrepreneurs in navigating the bureaucratic complexity of lining up the necessary documentation to incorporate in Luxembourg and start your operations in this marvellous country. You are responsible for all management decisions relating to the services, the use or implementation of the output of the services and for determining whether the services are appropriate for your purposes.
